Following initial investigation we have found that on average customers are losing 40% of their total water consumption at the outset of their project and 80% of sites found to have leaks/excessive use, our approach ensures significant and sustainable savings.
We are able to offer a service to assist customers to reduce their water consumption and save costs.
This is achieved by implementing our Utilities Manager monitoring system which provides ongoing and detailed water consumption detail for the site. This data is accessible via an internet account and has various analysis and reporting functions.
Once the ongoing consumption profile is apparent and the level of excessive use / leakage is quantified, we can carry out a survey inspection of the site to identify the causes which can be from a variety of sources, whether underground leaks or excessive ongoing use from urinals, taps, overflows etc.
On the majority of sites the site survey can be completed in a day, with a report completed and submitted to the customer on conclusion.
